zomarcCMS fills a gap between the many highly functional content management system that are available in the open source community, and static web pages. It can be quickly deployed and allows content providers to quickly and easily create new text content, attach images, reorder text sections and create new pages. A simple administration system provides full access to the production process and provides a limited level of user security so that privileged users can create their own content.
It is now a fully fledged content management system, but its simple interface and limited functionality remove much of the complexity and support overhead usually required with these sites.
